Ben doesn't only eat burgers, fries, and coke. He eats many other things, but when he eats, he eats. There are no other distractions at his desk.

Both Ben and Sally have same approaches to difficult conversations. They will let us say what we have in mind, and when they must comment, they say "I will say this without prejudice, and please take whatever you think is good to apply to your circumstance."
