Hi Tom, I get it. I have gone through the whole nine yards, in fact, the same nine yards you mentioned. People copy without changing one word, or one way we do things. When they “tap into our brains”, they extract the whole thing and treat it as theirs. Now, in that is a good lesson, for me especially. Because learning about business is learning about people. My knack for identifying good people to work with have gone up tremendously. It will be the same for you too. Take heart.
